Terms & Conditions

§1 Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. The contracting party is Hendrikx GmbH, Hansaallee 135, 40549 Düsseldorf. These terms apply exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code).

§2 Contract Formation

Product listings in the shop do not constitute a binding offer. By placing your order you submit a binding purchase offer. We accept by sending an order confirmation via email.

§3 Prices & Payment

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately. We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

§4 Delivery

Shipping is handled by DHL. Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days within Germany, 3–5 business days within the EU, and 5–10 business days internationally. Delays due to force majeure are beyond our responsibility.

§5 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g., email to atelier@hendrikxgolf.com).

§6 Returns

In the event of a valid withdrawal, both parties shall return the received goods. You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. We provide a DHL return shipping label.

§7 Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are only liable in case of breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

§8 Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected.

§9 Dispute Resolution

EU Commission online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
