Statutory Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. Send an email to:

Extended Return Policy

Beyond the statutory withdrawal right, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

1. Email atelier@hendrikxgolf.com with your order number.
2. You will receive a free DHL return shipping label by email.
3. Pack the items securely and attach the return label.
4. Drop off the parcel at any DHL location or parcel shop.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days via your original payment method. Return shipping is free of charge.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
• Hygiene products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
